To be technical it only reads, edits and saves BIOS files. It doesn't change or flash them.

You don't vold mod with nBitor, you can eventually do a BIOS voltage mod, but that's it, not sure about other cards. For my 8800GTX, nBitor cannot flash higher than my actual voltage. nBitor is all about editing your BIOS, nvflash will then flash whatever BIOS file you give it by using loading it on a bootable floppy with the BIOS file loaded on it, boot on floppy, type in
nvflash -5 -6 x.rom (x=name of the BIOS file), if it doesn't work, for some reason, force flash it: nvflash -4 -5 -6 x.rom
