The pencil mod for the 680i mobo that gets rid of the vdroop doesn't seem to be working for me... In bios i have 1.4525v but in cpuz it shows as 1.41v. I have tried 3 passes with the pencil so should i push it harder to get more graphite? Also am i supposed to shade on top of it or around it?

Go across it on top in a back and fourth motion. If a few times don't get it do a few more times. The trick is to use a number 9 graphite art pencil.
BTW: Welcome to OCN you should create your account and then enter your system information. It will help us help you in the future. ![]()
