Well its been two weeks now since i've gotten my EverCool "Buffalo", and i have read some reviews about it on how its a good bang for buck item, air solution-wise. I installed it after i lapped my Q6600, and of course lapped the underbed of the cooler itself, i got the results i wanted by lapping (Miror finnish and all) but.... Now the most recent problem i was having is i was idling at 41c to 42c, and i've found that to be a bit too high for my taste running a mediocre OC'd profile of 3.0GHz and all, so i've tried some new approaches at voltage settings and basicly ive been playing around with this for the last 8 hours, and these are my results:
9x266 @ 2.4Ghz, Idle: 35c Load: 48c ~ Vcore: 1.120v - (Stock 2.4Ghz) 8x333 @ 2.6Ghz, Idle: 36c Load: 50c ~ Vcore: 1.170v 7x400 @ 2.8Ghz, Idle: 37c Load: 56c ~ Vcore: 1.240v 9x333 @ 3.0Ghz, Idle: 37c Load: 61c ~ Vcore: 1.280v - (Note the change...) 8x400 @ 3.2Ghz, Idle: 38c Load: 65c ~ Vcore: 1.280v - (Even better!) 9x400 @ 3.6Ghz, Idle: 40c Load: 75c ~ Vcore: 1.400v - (Same Idle,More PWR) I'm hoping someone will benefit from this and will find this usefull, noting the fact that it seems like a waste of a good 8 hours of sleepy time.

Allways be sure that you have much knowledge to share with others, but be more sure of the fact that you have much more knowledge to gain from others, this is the most pure defenition of a wise individual. Yeah, I remember that night, I had just lost my virginity... she was knocked out... but her mom was still going at it.
