Hi, i recently rebuilt my machine and reinstalled everything and now im getting freezing, crashing, locking up and a squeling sound under high load. Will boot up fine and then will just randomly lock up at any time. I have set everything to 'default' but with the same issues.

Squealing under load sounds like the capacitors on one or both of your video cards. Try having only one card in at a time and run ATITool's artifact scanner to see if one of them is bad.
