Default Overclocking a TI-84

Does anyone know where I can find information on overclocking a TI-84? I've found pages on almost all other TI calculators but nothing yet for the 84.

There's a FAQ here somewhere about it, I've seen it. Unfortunately, the FAQ section is currently undergoing some maintenance, and won't be back up for another few days. You can go to the homepage that lists those 5 random FAQs and keep refreshing until you see it though.

Nope, I'm positive I've seen ones for the TI-83, 84 and 89.

Your analogy misses the point entirely.
The situation the GP was describing is a more like trying to sell yak's milk in a Bavarian beer garden. You can bring as many Nepalese sherpas as you want, each with their own entry visas, and the yak might clear customs, but unless the milk is pasteurized you're still going to run into problems. And who's to say the Germans have a taste for yak's milk anyway? It's shortsighted thinking like this that leads to posts like yours.

Hea, I'm that guy who wrote the FAQ. I'm not really sure if the volt mod would be the same for the TI-84, haven't tried it yet. I wouldn't risk it, as the TI-84 motherboard most likely has a completely different layout than the TI-83 (There were even two different versions of the TI-83 motherboard!). Maybe when the TI-84 gets into the sub-$50 eBay range I'll give it a shot (In other words SOON).
