Those are penguins. The original animated gif is a riot I had to pull the frames from it. Then I added the fonts to each frame. Took me a long time. Then I reassembled the animated gif with only the relevant frames because of the limitation in size. I think I need to make a new one though. I think I'll have chimps in it this time

I was actually thinking about buying a 285, but then it'd be no fun. The competition would be too easy. I really wanted to see what a 285 is capable of because you know it'd be under water as soon as I get it. I also don't have the cash to upgrade. It'd be a little over $200 for me to make the switch.
To be honest, the 285 is not worth the extra money in my humble opinion. Especially compared to the small increase it gets over the 260. I only noticed a 10% to 15% increase in points.

I was hoping that you'd say that. I guess I'll hold off for now, maybe when the drop significantly in price I'll pick one up. Who am I kidding, I'll probably buy a gtx 3xx when that happens.

hahahaha Mike. I have to admit. I got a kick out of that post

I hear rumor that Lemans has a GTX260 lined up for next month. With Rx7's GTX280 they might be a force to contend with. Since Lemans and crew are kicking our shins in the SMP comp. We're going to need to keep the pressure on.

Challenge.............Can anybody in the world beat us?

i just learn that the hard way , my 285 push 400 more PPD than my 260 (with out NAN's) and the price tag is over $140 , or my be that PNY XLR8 sucks, im taking that thing back and i may try a loop on my 260, it will be cheaper IMO

That sounds like a great idea. Especially with summer coming on. My 285 runs WAY too hot already.
