The 7300GS is way too high on the list. Its a very low end card, hardly any faster than the 6200. It gets beaten pretty badly by the X1300 Pro. Id say it should be under the 5700 Ultra.

in my opinion, the X850XT should be a bit higher up...
i'm going by THG vga charts

also, the X1650 should not be so high, it should be just above the X1600XT
