Default Can they tell if you overclock?

I recently bought a 7300GT and was considering overclocking it, however I don't want to void my 1 year NewEgg.com Warranty!

If I overclock it say like 10-15%, not enough to blow the card, and say my card dies for a different reason, if I return it will they know I overclocked and use that as a scapegoat?

Please reassure me I'll be okay!

No, they can't. Just don't do any physical damage/modifications to the card.

If you just overclock the card using software, they really cannot tell and I doubt they will try to tell unless the card like fried and you modded the BIOS or something physical.

My system is kind of embarrassing compared to everyone else's!

Thanks for the welcome, I now feel comfortable overclocking it a tad.
