BFG is all over their rma process.
__________________They receieved the cards on the 6th and shipped replacements on the 6th. So Monday Ill get them. Im hoping they dont have a 7900gtx around and have to upgrade. Cause they would at least have to send a 8800gts g80. And I dont really need the 7900gtx. Its kind of like a drawing. You really never know what theyll send.

with my evga cards, i am kinda hoping they will die, just to see what i would get in return. Not that the cards i have would die, just saying if they do...
Good to hear that BFG is on top of things. I have herd nothing but good things from EVGA, XFX, and BFG.

How is Sapphire's RMA process? My HD2900PRO died and Newegg does not want to take it. The card was originally a replacement for a dead x1950xt that I got a year ago, which Newegg replaced since it was still within warranty. This one is about 5-6 months old, which is well within the standard 1 year warranty/replacement Newegg offers, but I guess they consider it as still being under the old card's warranty, which is expired.
ATI won't take it, since it's a Spphire card and they only do replacements for their own specific branded cards. Sapphire says that their replacement process is through the original seller, which in my case is Newegg. It's funny that Sapphire claims a 2 year warranty on their cards while Newegg offers only one (for Sapphire cards). Do I still have hope, or am I screwed?

Yeah, I concluded that already. My question is if Sapphire has their own RMA service. On their site it says that all RMA services are done through their sellers. I will try sending them an e-mail to that RMA service address they list on their contacts page. If anybody here has done an RMA with Sapphire, how did you go about it?
