the 285 is just a 55nm revision of the gtx 280. Personally I wouldn't fish out an extra hundred or even just 50 bucks just for a measily 2 - 3 fps. It just means it overclocks slightly better. Yes under 4850x2

The 4870 512mb and 1gb are equal to the gtx 260... remember, the gtx 260 has 892MB memory, not 512. But at higher resolutions (1920x1020 and up) the 1gb 4870 will have a slight advantage over gtx 260.





The 9800GTX+ gives out just 2 - 3 fps more than the 4850 in most games. Note the + sign, the original 9800GTX without the + is weaker.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure you can go through the news section and reviews for it are all over the place outpreforming 4870x2
