Usually most of them will run 03, 06 would be a stretch if that's what you mean.

HD3650 = 256 or 512MB with 128bit bus. 120 SPU (37.5% as many as the HD3870)

HD3450 = 256MB with 64bit bus. 40 SPU (12.5% to the HD3870)

HD3550 doesn't exist.
