Default Dual 7600's..something wrong

In a computer I just built for one of my friends, I have 2 7600's.
The NVIDIA control panel and device manager both show that there are in fact two 7600's. However, Only one of the cards will show the display when a monitor is plugged into it. They are not currently running in SLI, so I don't know whats wrong with the second card.
Any Ideas?

You probably have a bios option that needs to be changed, or maybe there's an option in the control panel. I don't have two cards, so I couldn't help, but look around a bit.

some motherboards will actually only put output on 1 card, usually the one in the first slot

Dual means SLI mode if I remember right, not 100% sure though...might as well try, eh?
