Graphics cards. Order them by power - Overclock.net

What is the order of graphics cards. Nvidia and ATI seperate (dont want to start a war). Im not completely sure but I can start with what I know.

ATI:
X1600<X1900<X1950pro<X2400<X2600<3450<3470<2600xt< 3650<2900gt<3850<2900pro<2900xt<3870<3870X2

Nvidia:

8400<8500GT<8600GT<8600GTS<8800GS<9600GT<8800GTS64 0<8800GT<8800GTS512<9800GTX<8800GTX<8800ULTRA<980 0 GX2

Once this is complete, hopefully it will help people considering new cards. There seem to be a lot of questions lately about which one is better.

Actually, the 2900 = 3870.
Other than that, you've pretty much got it right.

Oh, and 9600 GT < 8800GT

IMO, 8800GT > 9600GT. In SLI 9600GT > 8800GT.

yeah, but the 3870 uses less power and is a newer card so in my book it is greater.

Do you have facts to support this opinion. I am no expert on those cards. Just going by what I head on the forum.

Where on the forums have you seen that 9600GT>8800GT? All I have seen is the complete opposite. Let me find some benches...the 8800GT is better, most of the time by only around a few FPS.

I've heard the 9600GT scales better in SLI but I'm not sure if it beats 8800GT's in SLI.

Also I don't think the 9800GTX beats out the 8800GTX, the 9800GTX is equivalent to a 8800GTS maybe a bit better.
