The HR-03 Plus is the better one from what i heard.

If you can find it, I would advice an accelero S1 rev2 with turbo module. It can be had for very little and look at its performance:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186016 The reviews are excellent and for a good reason, it's probably the best air cooler for any VID card. I just got one myself two days ago, I'm waiting for it to arrive this WE.

I have the accelero S1 rev 2 , and at idle the temperatures of my Nvidia 8800GT are about 39-41 degrees celsius ,room temp 26-28
