Hey everyone, I have a X1950XT that I got almost a year ago. It is not over clocked, so it is at stock. I also have 2 GB Ram and A E4300. When I first got it I was playing most games like G.O.W. and FEAR at max or near max and it was running fine. Recently, I've been trying to play Gears of War and FEAR on my computer and when I load it up and begin to play after a while (around 3 minutes in) the game starts flickering and my computer makes a loud noise every 5 or so seconds. I've rebooted my computer a number of times and have lowered the settings in the games, but still the same outcome.

Anyone suffered from this problem, or can tell me what's going on?

Pop that rig open and check for dust... take a can of compressed air to it, and clean out!
