Well it seems as if the 9800GTX+ is 55nm and has a core clock of 738MHz and a shader clock of 1,836 check here: http://www.overclock.net/hardware-ne...m-9800gtx.html

You have to remember that as with most Ati/amd cards, they just get better with every driver release.

I would normally vote ATi, but go for the nVidia card. WAY faster at folding and easily racks up tons of points.
