Default 4850 or 9800 GTX

I just read some reviews and some of them say that the 4850 beats the 9800 GTX in some games and benchmarks. Since it is cheaper, should I go with that card or the 9800 GTX. I will also be overclocking the 9800 GTX. How much more performance would I be able to gain over a 4850 if I oc a 9800 GTX? Again, which should I get for playing COD4, Crysis, etc?

But, doesn't the 9800 GTX overclock more than the 4850? I know I could get the 9800 to 800mhz, but what about the 4850?

The only real plus for the 9800 GTX is the upcoming support for Physics acceleration.
