Looks like a PCI to PCI-E 1x converter. No it won't work for graphic cards.

never saw this before but it looks legit... $250 bucks? Buy a motherboard with a PCI express slot for crying out loud XD.

Dude, stop holding on to pci. Just get a new rig with pci-e. That adapter isn't even close to being worth the 250 dollars.

Not going to work for anything which needs a backplate - including graphics cards. Maybe handy for RAID cards
