Default Program that measures GPU load?

Is there a program that measures and displays GPU usage similiar to how the Windows Task Manager shows the CPU usage? I'm curious if I am maxing out my GPU.

riva tuner does that,have to enable the gpu usage plugin in harware monitoring.
