Thanks, looks like it will be the 4850 then.
I'll wait until november (i think that's when gta4 comes out) to buy it. Maybe it will come down in price by then ^^

And I'll definitely be overclocking my CPU to 3GHz in the mean time.

4850

the 4850 is about on par with the 9800GTX+, which will cost more than 100 euros. and its better than the 8800GT by more than 10% and its newer tech. go with the 4850

9800gt = 8800gt,
HD 4850 > 8800 gt so
HD 4850 > 9800gt.

9800gtx+ (+/-) = HD 4850. depending on the game/application.

HD 4850 is cheapest i believe, so would probably be the best bang for the (euro)
