I suggest a 4850 - 180$ / 2gb of DDR2-800 ram for 60$ / And a 450 watt psu if u can find one for around 80$. Newegg preferably for the 4850 and Ram. Tiger direct sometimes has lower prices on PSU's.

4850 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161235 (180$)
2x1gb Dominators - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145034 (57$)
450w Corair PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139003 (70$)
307$
