Default need help with "Found new device"

Ok I put in a new graphics card, uninstalled all of my old drivers then installed just the Omega drivers for this new one. Now every time I turn on the computer its "New Device Found" crap in the corner and it asks me if I want to install drivers or search for them. Is there a way to disable that stuff?
