Default 8600 or 9500 or 3650?

What is better?

And if it is possible.. can anyone post benches?

The 8600 GTS is the same as the 9500 GT but a bigger process and it has higher clocks...... so why does the 9500 GT always win...it doesn't make sense.

Are they using the DDR2 version of the 8600GTS while using the GDDR3 version of the 9500GT?
