Yup most are 256 bit, i found a 64 bit one the other day...lol
They have there own technologies, they don't have "AMD 64" and "SSE3"

why arnt they clocked high?

A little off topic but I have an old 8 bit one from about 1993 lol. Still works though, a bit burnt as Riva can overclock it

Because they are so efficient, most are clocked quite high like 500Mhz

It's kinda like the amd/intel thing. As you make something do more opps per clock you need to decrease the clocks.
