Hey guys,

Is it possible to play BF2 on a Geforce MX 4000 card? Personally I dont think it can happen but just thought I would ask in case I wont have to buy a new gpu. I just cant come off the $$$ right now.

Well, my 5600 plays it with everything low, AAx4 and I'm still getting 50fps, but thats with EVERYTHING on low and nothing extra like lighting effects and stuff.

id say no chance u may be able to playit On low but u may still get a bit of Graphics lag

you cannot play BF2 on any GeForce card older than the FX seriers. they are not supported. there is a mod/hack that allows you to play single player, but the graphics and frame rate would be so poor that it would not be worth it. save your pennies and buy a 6600GT and you'll be good to go.

recamended is atlest a 5600, i've heard that the 5250's have problems with the most recent patch.

My 5500fx played it identical to my 5600 except with AA off at around 35fps average,

U need atleast Fx5200 for playing it at very low grafics. But I recommend u to buy a better card like 6600Gt.

Nope you can't play it, and even if you can play it with some special patch it's going to be on all lowest and whenever you see some dust or an explosion your framerate will go down like crazy.
