Default Best AGP Card <50 CAN +1 REP

Hi. I have a friend who plays WoW, and lags intensively. His rig is like a P4 2.6ghz , and some really bad agp card. What would be the best agp card that I could get him for 50 dollars shipped? I need links that ship to Canada, THX!

he gets like 30 fps if nobody is on the map, and during raids he cant even stay with his friends, he has to stay all the way back otherwise he will get like 2fps.

I still have my an AGP GeForce 4200 Ti and it runs anything that came out in 2004. You can have it for free, as I barley ever even think about it. I also live in British Columbia.

How much RAM does he have?

WoW in my experiences loves RAM a lot more than a nice GPU.

That's about the same performance I got on my Athlon XP 2400+, 384mb RAM and 9600 SE.

If he has 1gb+ of RAM though, I'd suggest 7600GS or something if you can.
