As already mentioned, its no contest, the 4850 is faster. the only reason you should ever consider the 8800GT/9800GT is if you wanted to fold, which is a bad reason to decide on a card.

For example in crysis same setting no AA i get 37fps with 8800GT 33fps with 8800GS and 50fps with 4850. When i overclock them its 42fps with 8800GT 37fps with 8800GS and 60fps with 4850.

No, dont get that one, you will want a card with a better cooler, the single slot vanilla cooler ran EXTREMELY hot.

Spend a bit more for a better cooler and double lifetime warranty.

I voted 9800GT, because that's what I have my eyes on, primarily because it will be folding for 75% of its life.

Yes, if you want to spend $40 more for the same performance for a double lifetime warranty this would be the card to buy. I cant seem to find it but doesnt powercolor offer a lifetime warranty as well? double lifetime just means the warranty is transfered when and IF you sell the card. XFX overpriced the hell out of their ATI cards....

The HD4850 competes with the 9800GTX+ so it will be a good deal faster than a 9800GT. Get the Sapphire HD4850 for $110 shipped (after $20 promo code and $15 MIR) over the MSI since it's $20 cheaper and has an aftermarket cooler.
