x1650 512 mb is dx9 card.. mid end
3450 256 mb is dx10 card..low end..


techniacally the card with more processing capablity wins


and so 3450 > x1650

The 3450 was really bad

Look at these benchmarks (Using the 2400PRO as a comparison since it's more or less the same as the 3450)







The X1650Pro Destroys the 2400PRO

X1650pro 512mb. i imagine it would be alot faster than the 3450
x1650 would be closer to 3650 performance wise.

The only thing putting me off the 3450 is that they are all passively cooled, I've got a pretty cramped SFF case (like a microfly type) and I'm worried about it overheating.

That being said, there's only 1 X1650 in stock from about 20 or so from yesterday and I don't believe they are getting any more in the near future.
