Default Need a New Graphics Card

My Zotac 8400GS was DOA, and as ebuyer don't have any in stock I have £28 to spend on a replacement. Here are my possible options:

Innovision 3D 8400GS 256MB DDR2 - £26.95
PNY 8400GS 256MB DDR2 - £27.09
Sapphire HD 3450 256MB DDR2 - £24.30
Force3D HD 2400Pro 256MB DDR2 - £24.49
PowerColor X1650Pro 256MB DDR2 - £24.67
ASUS HD 3450 256MB DDR2 - £25.93
PowerColor HD 3450 256MB DDR2 - £27.05
PowerColor X1650Pro 512MB GDDR2 - £27.21

My PC is mainly just used for browsing the internet and occasional sessions on CSS and DODS (@ low res like 1024x768), and I'd rather not spend any more money on a card as I'm pretty poor at the moment and my car needs a new throw out bearing

So which card/brand is the one to go for?

Reason for this as opposed to the 3450?
