I was pretty sure the 4870x2 and 5870 were close to even. From what Ive seen and read I would say the 5870 is better by a nudge.

Okay, why is the 295 better than the 5870? I thought the 5870 was the best single card on the market now.

No, the 5870 is the best single-GPU card out. The 295 has two GPUs sandwiched in one card, and it pulls slightly ahead.

what abou the x1650 SE? i found one these in my closet!

what does SE mean?? and it is OEM

edit: 4890 does beat the gtx275 http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...review-14.html

4870x2 and the gtx295 still beats the 5870
