Why is the HD 4850X2 in front of the GTX 285, GTX 275, and HD 4890?
Also, why are the 2GB variants rated higher? They only offer higher performance if you have super high res or lots of AA. Just use one variant of a card, otherwise you'll end up factoring all kinds of specifics in. EDIT: And GTX 275 SLi/Tri SLi should be ahead of GTX 280 SLi/Tri SLi

And for the GTX 275 and GTX 280 they around the same performance so its hard to judge whether which on is on top.

The only reason the 2GB would beat the HD 4890 when the 1GB does not is, like I said before, from high res or lots of AA. In other benchmarks it doesn't make a difference. So, what I'm saying is, what's the baseline for these rankings? Is it based on a test of a specific game with 2x AA 16x AF, or what?

Pretty sure the HD 4890 & GTX 275 should be ahead of at least the HD 4850X2

got another one for ya:
http://www.firingsquad.com/hardware/...view/page6.asp but w/e Chart looks decent. If you got the time, something interesting to make would be a Multi-GPU + Single GPU chart. This way, we can see how up a single videocard can go and also how unworthwhile some multi-gpu setups might end up being.

The 4850X2 2GB is a better card that the GTX 285 (apart from folding) The 1GB version is on par with a GTX 280.

The first offers a clearly biased review with no actual testing. The second shows the 4890 beating the 4870X2 which contradicts your current list (and is rather questionable in itself). And the third shows only synthetic tests, like Conley mentioned, which don't really matter, and because it's written in Arabic (?) I can't tell if they took any measures to correct for this.
