Post TH-EEE Guide to Buying Graphics Cards v1.3

TH-EEE Guide to Buying Graphics Cards by WiR3D-kNiGhT
v1.3 - 24 june 2009

I gave up trying to have a list that just told you what to buy.

I am human, things may be wrong, but I wont know until you tell me.

In this version
Added a lower budget section
Still 1 million spelling errors
