Sorry I just noticed that you have XP SP3 and here is a link for the 4670 Driver just click on the first download button:

For the x1550s latest driver download this (again first link):

http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownloa...8&lang=English

Once you have downloaded the file just put the card in, start up windows, and launch the file. It should be pretty simple from there on.

So i just swap the cards,install the stuff and presto?

I don't know what you mean by "stuff" you only need to download one of the two files for whichever card your putting in the system. And yes you just take the 1650 out put the 4670 in and install the file in the first link I gave then you restart when it asks you and walla.

actually it was the 1550...
Please Im really noob at this stf..

So the one im working on now,has the x1150,so all i do is take it out,put the new one in and install the file from the link you gave me?

Yup its that easy just make sure you download the 4670 and not the other file.
