Ya the card will work with its dual GPUS but you cant crossfire it with another card. lol

it Will work but that chip will keep it from Shining. I went from a 1950pro and a opty 165. I Upgraded to a 3870 and had almost no diffrence in gaming.Put the same 3870 in a rig with a heavily OC'ed E2140 ( 3ghz OC) and Night and day difference. So Its Probably Best to invest in a new rig then plop all that money into a 4870x2

Okay so then if I only have $700 at the moment whats the best move I can make to improve my PC gaming experience?

Crap sorry thats supposed to be GeForce 7800s not 9800s. Im an idiot.

Anyway my objective is to be able to play Crysis and Fallout 3 with DirectX 10 as well as a few others with decent framerates. I will be playing them in my monitors native resolution of 1440x900.

Depending on your PSU I would go with the option I said. Very nice upgrade will play crysis and fallout 3 maxed plus a lot more. If your really not sure about the PSU (guessing you got it w/comp and It's generic) I would grab one of these three PSU's. they are all 750w great PSU's with 60A on the single 12v rail. It would put you a little over budget but would be worth it.
