Get a new card. Either get the 275 GTX or 285 GTX, but I personally prefer the 275 GTX, its performance is almost close to the 285 GTX and a cheaper option as well. From most benchmarks I've seen the 285 GTX only has like 5 FPS more than the 275 GTX.

I had an evga GTX 260 core 216 sc and it was an amazing card, but before you by make sure your power supply will be able to handle it
check the amp out put for the 12 volt rail

What resolution are you game at? this will have a big influence on what you really need
