The x850 Pro is actually on par with the 6800GT, and the x800XTPE ranks above the 6800GT, and is on par with the 6800 Ultra.

While I commend your effort, this list will never be perfect. Nor will it apply to all people.

As time goes on drivers change, cards become more overclockable, cards become less overclockable, different cores come out, cards become unlockable, cards no longer unlock, ect.
