http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=722&chart=288

It those ^^ charts 8800GTS beats HD2900XT in 4 games, while HD2900XT won only in 2 games !!!!

And it seems that 8800GTS got better overall FPS
http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=722&chart=318

And according to techreport, 8800GTS won against HD2900XT 1GB in three games, while HD2900XT won only in two games
http://techreport.com/articles.x/12956/6

So these are three recent reviews showing that 8800GTS is better than HD2900XT
I have to say its a pretty compelling argument. Ill make a fair compromise for now and move the 512MB version below the 8800GTS 640 and leave the 1GB version above it.

x1800xl should be higher than 7800gt.

http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=722&chart=318

7800gt beats x1800xl in 3dmark06 1024x768 no aa or af by only 7 marks...but with aa and af enabled, or higher res..the x1800xl pulls ahead by a few hundred.
http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=715&chart=308
http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=715&chart=309
http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphi...=715&chart=310
etc

The only thing the 7800gt really wins in is microsoft flight simulator...gg.

x1800xt 256 also reigns over 7900gt in all, but flight sim and doom 3, but doom 3 at 1600x1200 by only .4 fps.

Swifterzor,

According to the review you posted, the 7900GT was performing better than X1950Pro most of time.

So, 7900GT should be ranked higher than X1950Pro

I would like to see some proof that the 8400gs is better than 6600gt , because I remember reading a review with the 6600gt beating 8500gt in most tests (I also put a link to that review in this thread before ) .

is this list from stock clocks..........because when overclocking it turns inside and out

you should put

"Stock ATI/NVIDIA Reference Clock Assumed"

I mean the actual reference clock. Factory overclocked cards such as the EVGA KO, XFX Extreme/XXX , etc.....their stock clocks don't count as the reference clock.

for example

a volt modded 7900GS pulls over 7.1k in 3DMark 06 and is weel ahead of an X1950PRO even oc'd and right up there with 7900GTX/X1950XT/X1900XT/X

good job none the less
