Default ATI radeon hd 3870

is a HD 3870 512mb GDDR4 card still good for current games or should i something get like a hd 4670 1g GDDR3 which is better for the money?

i would get the 3870 jsut cause it has a wider bus

the 3870 is plain faster than the 4670, have had both, if thats what your after then the 3870 imo

3870 with 256 bit bus and DDR4? Quantity of RAM has zero to do with performance so slower DDR3 with is it a 128bit bus? I am mobile. Only at best on very high resolution?

Anyway follow this link and pick the two cards. Then input the memory speeds and all and read the numbers.
