4830 issue, need electrician/ sauder help!

![]() How am I going to fix that? I get allot of red lines and sorts when I install drivers and seems it is memory issue thus that is the issue. I even took some graphite and rubbed it, taped it and has improved the quality a bit but need some help with this.

AFAIK you can't. Those are surface mount resistors, I think. It's RMA time.
edit: BTW, it's solder.
