Both the same card.

Pick based on looks and warranty.

I'd go with XFX IMO, they came out with a new variation of the 4890 and it looks sexy as hell, plus the double lifetime warranty.

Unless you want the Sapphire 4890 VXLE which has HDMI, DVI, VGA, and DisplayPort.

If you go XFX be sure and register the card within 30 days at the XFX site; it's a stipulation for the dbl life time...
