I mean... You won't see a difference in performance in the real world... I mean, In crysis you'll only be getting 45fps instead of 55fps, nothing you will notice. Once the new drivers come out I should expect you to see the 5870 climbing closer and closer the the 2x285's. Also, take power consumption into consideration, you'll save money over time, lots of it.
