if you dont OC it to at least 3ghz, yes it will bottleneck the card heavily

Misleading thread title is misleading. As for the bottleneck, I'm definitely sure it will at 2.0GHz. I'm not very fond of Intel CPUs but when I had my AMD Athlon 64 4400+ (2.3GHz) I noticed some bottleneck in my 9800 GT's performance.

You'll only know for sure once you buy them and test, but depending on the resolution you may be.

I had an E2200 @ 3.4GHz and it still bottlenecked my 9800GTX+. Those pentium dual cores just aren't made for gaming. Try to get at least an E7x00 or Q9x50 processor, then you're set .
