Default Fastest GFX card (gpu speed)

Is the radeon HD 4890 black edition for XFX the faster card being at 1ghz? I've been wondering for a while and thought I'd ask.

There's no such thing as "gpu speed". If you meant stock core frequency then yes. Performance-wise it's obviously not the fastest video card.

The fast graphics card that is actually a single chip (not some dual chip on a single card crap), the 5870 is THE best.

Well Volt Modded 3870's broke the 1ghz barrier long before the 4890's and HD5000
