Default Help me decide on a card
Well, my 8600gt is crapping out - and my x-mas gift is going to be a video card it seems. My budget is US $150, absolutely no more than $175 - and that's pushing it. I'm open to either ATI or Nvidia options - but they must be single card - I cannot do crossfire or SLI anytime soon. All other information can be found in the sig rig :-p Mainly I want to be able to max out WoW, Devil May Cry 4, and be future proofed when Diablo 3/Starcraft 2 come out. Also I'm going to want to max them out at 1080p (hoping to trade some free rent for a few months for my roommates 40" Z-series Bravia :evil Thanks for any help/suggestions!

Ok, I sorta figured for my budget the 5770 would be it thanks to all who replied! Now to wait for the 8600 to totally die so i've the excuse to buy the new card

but if it stays alife long enough maybe itll be so long that the prices go down even more and ull b able to get a 5850/5830(if theres a 30series)
