Question Overclocking help

I am a n00b and need some help overclocking my eVGA GTX 275.
What program should I use to overclock it? and what speeds should I OC it to? I have tried using eVGA precision and havnt had much luck with it....

Try powerstrip or rivatuner for you id reccomend rivatuner though its much easier and tells you a lot of information,powerstrip works on all videocards

eVGA precision 1.8 or lower the newer one is garbage but I have always been a fan of riva tuner I got 3 evga gtx 275's and can hit FTW speeds with precision 712 gpu core clock, turning my fans up to 85-90 percent helps also. i used riva tuner on my 260's and 8800gt cards and it worked just as good.
