Question PCI-E Extension?

I am looking for a PCI-E extension for a special case I am building where the GPU has to be mounted flat and off to the side.
Is there such a thing as a PCI-E extension?

Search for "risers" or "ribbons." They are all over the place, usually server/rackmount suppliers.
