I have ran a search and I have not found anything.
__________________Does OCN have a comparison or poll on the manufacturer's of video cards and who is the best? Talking about EVGA, Safire, PNY, etc.

There is no best, there is whats more popular atm and what has better quality service AT the moment and warranty length.
