Default Radeon 7000 vs Onboard

I have an ECS P4M800PRO-M v2 with onboard graphics in my other computer and they're via graphics I believe, although i'm not too familiar with onboard solutions. I have an extra radeon 7000 sitting around, and I was wondering which would give me better performance, the radeon 7000 or the onboard video?

The onboard gpu is an S3 UniChrome Pro 2D/3D graphics processor with 64MB of shared memory.

That's what I figured, but this is a socket 775 motherboard anyway, so I thought the S3 might be better because it is probably newer.

The Radeon would be better in games (That's not saying much btw), though it might be worse for video playback.

All I really want it for is video playback, so I guess i'll stick with the UniChrome.
