Default FX 5900XT - x600

Right now I have a desktop with a northwood 2.4, 768 RD RAM, and a 128 mb GF FX 5900XT running at AGP4x.

I am planning on buying an IBM notebook, the one I picked comes with a an ATI x600 with 128 ram, and runs on PCI-E. The notebook will also have a gig ram and a pentium m @ 2.0.

My question is will my laptop run games just as good as my desktop, better or worse? I recently started playing star wars galaxies and would like to be able to play on the notebook if possible. I ask this cause I know my 5900XT now pretty much sucks and I can't see the x600 being any worse, maybe better.

5900XT is like Ati Radeon 9800XT/PRO, so it's more powerful than X600, so,you'll have worser performance on your notebook.
