IMO there should be records for highest Core, Highest memory, and Overall performance (whats best inbetween).

I will take that into consideration, but it does border slightly with the "Overclock.net's Fastest Computers" thread, as it includes that info as well, I belive. (If it dosn't and I remembered wrong, it'll be added in. )

It would be built into the chart form. (I serioulsy need ideas for that, I've tried everything I can think of and none of it seems pactical. I'm desperate!)

yah, but how would you calculate performance? taking into account that this thread was started for the intention of informing members of the highest stable OC of their card and that performance would be dependant on other computer components as well....

I agree. We could use only the GPU score from 3DMark, but even then you've got botleneck to worry about. A 7900GT on a 2.8 P4 is gonna get whooped by a 7900GT on a FX-55, even if the P4 card is overclocked higher.

However, I will tery to think of some way to meause GPU performance without too much input from the CPU side.

Chipp, I went from air cooling to a custom w/c setup, and am now running my card far faster than I was before. Problem is, X1900's and ATI Tool's fuzzy cube don't play nice, and never have. What do I need for verification?

Does it have the same problems in ATI Tray Tools? If you can't run either, I'll think of something.

For now though, I went ahead and put in your new clocks, since you were the record-holder anyway.

I haven't tried Tray Tools since the last two driver releasesfrom ATI, but it didn't like it at all then.
